Unique accounting codes are created to manage the accounts and various reporting requirements.
Cost Centers
Incomes and Expenses can be attributes to different cost centers allowing you to track each departments’ performance.
Multi Currency
Post transactions in any currency and set the exchange rates. Reports are generated in the Base (Home) Currency.
Posting Journals
Module is based on double entry accounting system. Journals are posted in a very simple entry screens by specifying what to debit and credit.
Automatic Accounting
Recurrent Journals can be defined in Auto Accounting. These include posting of Depreciations, Apportionment and Payroll transactions.
Account Ledgers
Individual account ledgers can be generated. Each transaction is listed in the original currency posted and equivalent in the Base (Home) currency.
Statutor Reporting
All the statutory reports required to be submitted to Revenue authorities and Auditors are produced directly from the system making the life of accountants easier. This includes Trial Balance, Profit/Loss (Income/Expense) Account, Balance Sheet etc.
MIS Reporting
