Customers can manage multiple projects from various donors and will be able to prepare all the financial reports required by the donors. Also because XPERT is a web based system, all the field offices can enter and manage their own transactions.

Project Budgetlines
XPERT allows each project to have its own Chart of Accounts. These accounts are completely separated from NGO’s internal chart of accounts making it possible to generate clean reports.
Exchange Rages
As each donor funding the projects prescribe their own exchange rates to be followed, XPERT has provision to capture and report based on its rates.
Reporting Batches
XPERT monitors the project spending in each reporting batch. A Project can have one or more reporting batches (or installments).
Project Budgets
Each project can be defined with detailed budget. These budgets can be revised at any moment, XPERT will still keep a copy of the Original Budget. Not only this, XPERT has also provision for creating budget of Each Installment.
Financial Reports
XPERT will produce the required financial reports for the Donors in a click of a button. These reports include Budget comparisons, Detailed Ledgers, Payment Vouchers, Transactions list among others.
Co-financing
Another unique feature in XPERT is co-financing. Most of the development projects are always co-financed by more than one donor. XPERT simply allows you to mark a transaction from one project as a co-finance to other project thus avoiding re-keying of data. This also ensures the figures are not inflated because of these registrations.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly backups are fully automated so that you never have to worry about loosing your data. We manage & monitor the server, you just enter your data and produce reports.
